  • We need something to attain to, which means we need Goals. If we have nothing to work towards, we will never get anywhere
  • Goals provide us with a clear direction and focus
  • Goals also provide motivation by us being able to envision the outcome through them

Take Responsibility

  • This means taking responsibility for all parts of your life- the good, bad, and the ugly
  • Responsibility is doing what you say and doing it when you say it will be done. This means not lying to yourself with your own tasks, or with someone else counting on you
  • Responsibility is doing things ahead of time

Taking Responsibility puts you in complete control of your life and all that’s in it. You have opportunity to shape it and get done what needs to be done and how it needs to be done.

Never Stop Learning

  • More Knowledge is always beneficial
  • Constant activities that challenge the brain keeps your mind on top of its game just like working out your muscles in the gym
  • There is constant new information coming out every day in about every aspect of information. Knowing the newest information will keep you on the forefront of your job field or social circle

Learning never stops! What are you doing right now to keep challenging yourself?

Don’t Fear Failure

  • Failure is what teaches us what doesn’t work so we can adjust our aim and find something that does work
  • We ultimately learn from our failures not our success. Without failure on one side of the spectrum, we don’t know what success looks like on the other side

The best way to handle failure is to have the correct mindset that you will keep getting up after being knocked down. This also means being able to learn from our mistakes and applying that to getting better and ultimately finding success

Be Consistent

  • Consistency is a dedication to what you do and seeing it through to the end
  • Consistency is being the same through the good and bad and not getting too high or low at anytime
  • Consistency is also doing your best work at all times even when you don’t have the energy or motivation to do so

Be the Best you at all times and you will be amazed at how good your life is!

Kim Wagler

Kim began her career as a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She then graduated from Malone University with a Bachelors of Science degree in Adult Fitness and a minor in Community Health. Upon graduation she found herself as the owner of Impulse and a part of an amazing team of health professionals. Her intention was to simply get people in shape which quickly evolved into a passion for helping people gain back control of their lives. As her mission grew so did her team, her facility size was quadrupled, and soon she was joined by her husband, additional trainers, therapists, and a dietician. Together they have created a positive training experience where everyone can achieve incredible and lasting results. Kim brings passion, expertise, and honesty to a new level as a fitness coach and leader in the fitness industry!
