Athlete Training

Learning the fundamentals to speed and agility are important to any athlete or  individual with an active lifestyle. Experiencing the correct way to develop and build these skills are incredibly beneficial at an early age before bad habits and techniques set in. Gain the edge in a life of exercise and athletics and have fun in the process!

Athletes can choose one-on-one, 2-person training, or IMPACT training (3-5 people) to help them gain the skills they need for their individual sport(s).

At Impulse, we strive to provide a positive training experience that will enhance athletic performance and strength of character.

Our athletes can expect to gain:  Speed, Power, Balance, Coordination, Flexibility and Injury prevention. As athletes progress, they will be educated on both the techniques and drills that they learn.
