This weeks highlight is for the ladies. That’s right, a supplement just for you.
Let’s be honest, okay? Sometimes hitting our fitness or weight loss goals can be a little more challenging than we would like. Getting those stubborn body fat percentages to drop can sometimes be difficult. And sometimes we just can’t curb those cravings. All in favor of chocolate, say “I”!
Truth is, we can’t fight biology or the fact that we have different hormonal levels that cause us to naturally have higher body fat or carry excess weight in areas that men typically don’t. I’m talking about estrogen here. Depending on the levels of estrogen and testosterone in your body, if they are unbalanced, it could make weight and fat loss more difficult to achieve. Too high of estrogen is actually not healthy and could be sabotaging your work in the gym! This supplement can help with lowering high estrogen levels which could be that little push in getting a little leaner. It’s called Estrolean and here are the fast facts:

What can you expect from EstroLean?

1.     Body fat & estrogen control
2.     Promotion of lean muscle growth

3.     Toning and defining of muscles

For adults only. Complete the following 6 week cycle followed by 2-4 weeks off and then repeat.

– Weeks 1 & 2: Take 2-3 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules before bed

– Weeks 3 & 4: Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 1 capsule before bed

– Weeks 5 & 6: Take 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule before bed

This product uses plant based ingredients to help reduce estrogen levels which helps control body fat and promote lean muscle growth, which will help you look more toned and defined. What researchers have discovered is that there is a link between higher estrogen levels and excess body fat. Meaning that the higher the body fat, the more estrogen you naturally produce. Estrogen balance is essential for optimum health, for achieving fat loss, and for maintaining it. It can’t be too high or too low. An imbalance of this hormone is the difference between looking fit and toned and looking a little on the softer side because it directly affects your ability to build and retain lean muscle AND your ability to burn body fat. Not only that, but hormonal imbalances are linked to an entire list of conditions: not just PMS, but also to cancer. So, an active lifestyle, resistance training, circuit training, high intensity interval training, proper nutrition, and proper supplementation all help keep your estrogen levels in check, allowing you to feel your best and look it!

*Please note: If you are concerned about your estrogen levels, I would recommend seeing your doctor and having them tested. If you already have low estrogen levels you might experience vision changes, constant fatigue, mood changes, memory problems, or even sleep issues. If it is too high you’ll want to look out for migraines, unexplained weight gain even through training, or fibrocystic breasts.
