Fall into Fitness 21-Day challenge

October 13 – November 4

  • Initial weigh-ins will be Friday October 13 and Saturday October 14.
  • Final weigh-ins will be Thursday November 2nd, Friday November 3rd, and Saturday November 4th (before 9am).

What you get:

  • 6 IMPACT Training programs, 6 Specialty Training Programs, and unlimited Team Training Programs for the 21 days
  • Nutrition Plan
  • Reminder emails

  • $50 for current members (free if you bring a non-member as a partner!)
  • $165 for non-members

There will be prizes for the team with the highest cumulative body fat percentage lost.
