Certified through the American Council of Exercise, Randall has been involved in health and fitness since 1995. He actually began his career working as an aeronautical engineer while personal training as a side job. It’s always been a passion of Randall’s to help people lose weight and see that happiness on his clients face. That evolved into not just wanting clients to lose weight, but to create a lifestyle where healthy living became a way of life. Something they don’t even have to plan in their day, “they just know they are going to workout.”
Randall’s goal is to create that habit. Passion, creativity and accountability is what Randall brings to each and every session.
