If you hang out at the gym for any amount of time and train with Emily, you will hear her encouraging banter, “Almost there!”

Emily started working in group fitness three years ago, but began her own fitness journey several years before that. Her hobbies include snowboarding, paddle boarding, hiking, spinning, lifting, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and basking in the sun. Emily possesses an adventurous spirit and seeks out thrilling activities that provide an adrenaline rush.

Her first job was as a barista six years ago, and she has a deep appreciation for cold brew coffee.Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Cleveland State and is currently completing pre-requisite courses to apply to a Master’s program in Anesthesiology.

As a trainer, Emily prioritizes range of motion and depth in all movements, with a focus on isolating small muscle groups to achieve all-around fitness and strength.
