Supplement Highlight: IN GAME

Raise your hand if you know what our In Game product is! We can’t see if you actually raised your hand, but if you did, yay! If you don’t know what In Game is, fear not, I come bearing news and information. Now here’s the highlight of the week with more details to help you be fully in the know.

Product Details:

Branched Chained Amino Acids – consisting of Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. This product is designed to help athletes of all levels. This mix of amino acids was formulated to give athletes the energy boosts desired to be at peak performance. BCAA block’s a message to the brain signaling fatigue giving athletes the ability to prolong endurance in their workout, while serving as fuel for the muscles. This process allows for muscle proteins to be spared during post-exercise recovery.

Recommended Use: On training days, mix 1 scoop with 6-8oz of water and sip before and during workout. May also, be taken before cardio and throughout the day to maintain a positive nitrogen balance.

Basically, here’s the science: out of the 20 different amino acids that make up the many different proteins in your body, 9 of them are considered essential and can only be obtained through consuming protein-rich foods like eggs, dairy products, and meat. Supplementing with BCAA’s can help prevent muscle/protein breakdown and is highly recommended for those who do not consume enough protein in their diet. Check your In Body results to see where you fall on the scale of lean muscle to overall body weight and make sure that you’re fueling your body adequately.

How they work: BCAA’s stimulate muscle protein synthesis which is just a fancy term that means, “the process of making muscle”. So why do we recommend In Game? Because consuming BCAA’s during or immediately after your workout enables you to increase muscle protein synthesis so you can build and maintain that lean muscle. Drinking it during your workout, keeps your muscles fueled and then following up with the Post Game supplement (which also has BCAA’s), replenishes your fatigued muscles and helps seal in the hard work by providing all the essential amino acids that are actually vital to building muscle through the whey protein. Not only is your recovery time reduced, but so is your fatigue during exercise.

BCAA’s also decrease muscle soreness by helping to heal the tiny tears that actually occur in your muscles after your exercise, thus reducing muscle damage/muscle fatigue and preventing muscle waste or breakdown. Your body is naturally constantly breaking down proteins and rebuilding them (synthesis) and in order to preserve lean muscle mass, your body must successfully be able to rebuild more proteins than those being broken down and burned for energy. Malnutrition is often the biggest sign of muscle wasting and can occur as part of the aging process, through periods of fasting, cancer, and with chronic infections. So again, we recommend consuming a well-rounded diet and always make sure you are eating enough and then supplementing with products like In Game to fill in the gaps to keep you healthy and strong.

In Game comes in two flavors: Grape and Blackberry Lemonade and each container provides 30 servings.
