The people at Impulse, from day one, cared about me. They wanted to know who I was, where I came from and where I was going. They held me accountable for my actions in and outside the gym. I felt welcome from the trainers and the regulars at the gym. I never felt out of place, NEVER. I looked around at people that were all shapes and sizes… we rooted each other on… we celebrated together… sounds crazy, but like a family! One year later, I have lost almost 60 pounds, size 18 to a size 6. I found a little gem in our community, a place that truly cares about the people that walk through the doors.
