Team Training

Join us for a high-intensity full body workout that allows you to burn approximately 600 calories and continue to keep burning after your workout using the metabolic system. Whether your goals are to lose weight, tone up, or just get in shape—Team Training and PIYO (a fun, high-energy class that combines Pilates and Yoga) will get you there. Our trainers use motivational techniques while teaching you how to live a healthy lifestyle.

Metabolic style training allows for maximum caloric burn in the shortest amount of time. The 45-minute high energy workouts combined with aerobic and resistance training will have you coming back for more. Don’t be worried if you haven’t done something like this ever, we modify every exercise to fit each individuals needs.

Monday  6:00 am, 9:00 am & 6:00 pm
Tuesday 6:00 am & 6:00 pm
Wednesday  6:00 am (PIYO), 9:00 am & 6:00 pm
Thursday 6:00 am, 9:00 am & 6:00 pm
Friday 6:00 am
Saturday 7:00 am & 9:00 am

**Team Training is approximately 45-minutes in length and can accommodate any fitness level.
