HERE'S WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY...

There aren’t words to describe the people at Impulse. They truly care and are so passionate about health. It’s impossible to get bored. In 8 months, I have yet to do the same bootcamp twice. The yoga has increased my strength and taught me to breathe! The boot camps are for any fitness level and I have improved so much. I used to try to get through them and now I try to excel at them.

“Since joining impulse my strength and endurance has improved significantly. For this reason, there is no challenge that I back down from”

Joey Shrock

“I can’t get enough of Impulse. Before Impulse, I never really set goals or cared about what I ate. Now I can actually be proud of myself for staying on track and accomplishing those goals. One thing that stands out for me is the challenge that every trainer throws at you. After facing those challenges and then accomplishing them, it gives me a whole fish bowl full of confidence, pride, and passion.”
