Impacts

60-minute sessions focus on building a solid foundation for fat loss, weight management, muscular toning, and core strength!

Specialty Training

These 30-minute sessions are designed to take your fitness to the next level.  Sessions range from HIT (high intensity metabolic training) to ATG (focusing on injury prevention) to hardCORE (get your six-pack).

Team Training

These 45-minute metabolic based sessions are a time to meet your Impulse Fam and develop friendships that will keep you motivated and excited about being healthy and active.

To sign up for sessions you must have an active account with Impulse.
If you do not know your login information, simply call or text 330-499-2266!

Please note a 12 hour notice of cancellation is required.
For emergencies or extenuating circumstances please call or text us at 330-499-2266

Your membership renews on the 1st of each month.
You will be able to schedule sessions on the first day for that month. Due to this inconvenience we allow you to schedule your previous month sessions on the 1st of the following month. For instance, you can use your sessions from January on February 1st! This gives you time to schedule when your sessions load onto your app.
